We are looking for candidates with cheerleading experience who love God and working with young girls to join our coaching and management staff. Most positions are part time but some allow for full-time hours depending on your availability and interest.

Summer Coaching Staff
Buddy Coach: High school to college level coaches with high school cheerleading experience. Responsible for leading a team of 7-12 campers with the help of a head coach and must be able to teach and perform cheerleading skills in front of campers. Pay starts at $11 per hour for high school level coaches and $13 per hour for college level coaches and increases up to $15 per hour depending on experience.
Head Coach: Junior in college to young moms are perfect for our head coaching role. Head coaches should have college cheerleading or NCA/UCA/School/Gym Coaching experience. Responsible for leading camps of up to 75 campers, interacts with parents and church staff, manages camp schedule, able to teach basic techniques of cheerleading (buddy coaches can perform skills, but head coach must be able to teach them), manages buddy coaches, shares personal testimony and daily devotionals, reports to Camp Manager/Director prior to and after each camp day. Pay is $15-20 for college students and $20-25 per hour for college graduates.

Operations Manager
The Cross Cheer Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all summer camps run smoothly by being the organizational genius behind the scenes, communicating to coaches & churches and assisting the camp director. This person will interact with camper parents, church camp directors, coaches and company owner. A fair amount of driving will be required to visit multiple camp sites weekly, but most work is completed in the comfort of your own home. Training will be provided.
